Please also notify me upon booking of any concerns regarding health or if you are pregnant so that the techniques used can be customised and carried out safely.
DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel or amend an appointment. For bookings lasting over 2 hours or for services such as Hen Parties/Weddings/Group bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. For all other treatments, a 20% deposit is required. In the event that the booking is cancelled outside of the 24-hour cancellation period, the deposit shall become non-refundable.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Not to be used in conjunction with any other vouchers or offers. Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed if any cancellation is made outside of the 24-hour cancellation period. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers must be presented prior to treatment.

In order to complete the consultation process and tailor the treatment to your requirements please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please note that late arrival for appointments will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to cause any inconvenience to other clients.
Throughout treatments, your modesty will be respected and preserved at all times. Please ensure that appropriate underwear is worn.
